1. Planning
Before we can help you develop some powerful & effective new marketing & branding strategies (including designing a new logo, and/or developing creative new ads, materials, and websites, etc. for you), we need to really get to know you and your business or organization, and better understand your mission & sales goals, your products & services, and your current & prospective customer base.
Depending on the size of your organization—and on the scope of our assignment—this could take anywhere from a single meeting…all the way to a month or more (especially if you need us to develop new marketing and/or sales plans for your company or organization).
2. Messaging
Once we’re all on board with what the strategies are, we’ll then begin developing the promotional messaging that will move your targeted customers from not knowing you…to knowing you; from not having an interest in buying your products or services…to having such interest; and from not being ready to make a buying decision…to actually buying from you.
We’ll start with broad ‘talking points,’ and then—based on your approval at each stage—we’ll convert those into headlines, copy sub-heads, and eventually into the narrative text under each sub-head.
3. Designing
Once we have the marketing copy written (and approved by you), that’s when we’ll turn it over to our talented design team to make the message resonate with your targeted audience. Whether it’s for a website, a direct-mail piece, an online or print ad, or some other promotional strategy…it’s the visual ‘packaging’ of your sales message that will bring you the success you seek.
4. Implementing
Once you’ve approved all of our efforts to this point, then we can begin the process of actually producing your marketing strategies…whether they’re websites, printed communication pieces, promotional T-shirts, videos, and/or PowerPoints for important upcoming events, or something else.
5. Following-Up
Ultimately, results are the only things that count. If the most beautiful, clever, or ‘boss-preferred’ strategy doesn’t generate the desired outcome…then the effort (and money spent) has been wasted.
